A number of other former KCHSS and QEC’ers also help out in different ways with Association and committee matters including Barbara McLennan, Mike Derome, Sally Henderson, Radha Robinson, Hilary Phillips, John Brockhouse and Ann Wood.

As the Association originally changed a membership fee we are required to hold an Annual AGM. However we now try to keep these as short as possible. The accounts of the Association are of course important and these are always presented, and we may just touch on topics of interest from the last year. In the last couple of years we have also had an update from the Kings Alumni Association.

Committee meetings; I know what you’re thinking! But of course the Committee keeps the Association ticking over, so I’m sure you will want to know what they are doing on your behalf. The Association is kept going by a small band of dedicated members who freely give of their time to keeping the Association alive.

Membership of the Association

This web site is a great way to keep in touch with Association activities and events (well, I would say that, wouldn’t I!!). However the Association really needs you as a member. Queen Elizabeth College Association Constitution

Since our members have paid a membership fee there is a legal requirement on the Association to have a written constitution. Over the last year it has been rewritten and simplified to fit in with the Association as it now exists, and the current version was approved at this year’s (2003) AGM A copy is available for download as a small (just 23kb) .PDF
